Volunteers of all ages are welcome and encouraged at the facility. However, there are rules and regulations that must be followed to ensure the wellbeing and safety of our residents.
Anyone interested in must first fill out a simple application with personal references. An applicant must all so commit to complying with the Facilities HIPPA (Privacy Rules) Policy.
If you are interested in becoming a volunteer; please print, complete, sign, and return the following:

- Volunteer Personal Reference Check x2
- Volunteer HIPAA Compliance Signature Form
- Volunteer Rules
PLEASE NOTE: If the applicant is under the age of consent (18 years), a permission slip for minors must also be completed and sent in with the application.
